Brighton Utah Ski Resort

Solitude Mountain Resort

The Thirsty Squirrel is a classic, mountain pub offering a variety of cocktails and hot appetizers. Sit down and swap stories while you relax and enjoy some après ski fare. Or catch highlights from a game on one of the flat-screen TV’s and play a round or two of billiards.

Local Farmers & Ranchers join us throughout the summer for an appetizer reception, followed by a 4 course dinner (with optional wine pairings) at our communal "Mountain Table" alongside Big Cottonwood Creek. Because the temperature can drop quickly as the sun sets, we ask that guests bring a jacket.

Featuring a menu full of local, gourmet ingredients and a first-class wine list, St. Bernard’s is Solitude’s fine-dining restaurant. Located inside the Inn at Solitude, Chef Michael Richey serves his fare fireside in a wonderful setting with breathtaking views of Solitude’s mountain.

Honeycomb Grill serves a playful take on classic American cuisine. Serving breakfast, lunch, and dinner, as well as après ski in our lounge, everyone in the family will find something to come back for.

The Stone Haus Pizzeria and Creamery offers guests a quick and convenient place to grab a fresh sandwich for lunch or piping hot pizza for dinner. Featuring a variety of handmade pizzas, sandwiches, sports drinks and beer.

Utah’s most unique dining experience is found in the woods at Solitude. Adventurous diners follow a guide through snow covered evergreens on cross-country skis or snowshoes to this secluded Mongolian Yurt for a five course extravaganza. Reservations required.
